One Stop Wellbeing can help you to create a healthy place to work – with a range of services – that could bolster the wellbeing of your employees, and reduce sickness and absence.

Social Prescribing Service

We know that Occupational Health referrals often recommend ‘significant lifestyle changes required’ for employees to maintain their capability.

For these employees, we can arrange a face to face or virtual consultation, to assess their individual wellbeing needs, and connect them with one or more of our 200 registered wellbeing services, to support their individual wellbeing needs.

A group of employees

For a team or group of employees, we can design and deliver face-to-face or virtual interventions that are tailored to suit the needs of your organisation, and designed to reduce musculoskeletal and mental health related absences

Some of our popular training and briefing sessions include:

  • Office based classes, delivered by one of our many registered services
  • Webinar – including ‘Maintaining Physical Wellness – practical tips for increasing your physical activity’, ‘Mental health awareness’ and ‘Mental health training for line managers’
  • Holistic and multifactorial approaches to improving employee wellbeing. This includes mental health, physical activity, financial wellbeing, and ergonomics

About Mike (who’ll deliver for your business)

Hello! I’m Mike Whichello, a physiotherapist with over 15 years’ clinical experience in both healthcare, business, educational, and professional sports settings. I am currently working as an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner in the NHS.

Prior to this role, I was the head of physiotherapy at Nottingham Trent University – working with the elite student athlete’s cohort, and leading the departmental Mental Health strategy working group.

As you can probably tell, I’m hugely passionate about positively impacting the lives of everybody I work with.
I’ve a proven track record in making life better for the people I come into contact with. I’m enthusiastic about making wellbeing services available to all, so that people can lead happier and more healthy lives – both in the workplace and at home.
